Exactly how it works
- Design After your request, we design and build your website in advance, from what you tell us and the public information about your business.
- Review You receive a personal link to the design by e-mail; we aim to send it within two working days. If you’re not interested, we delete it and won’t contact you again.
- Approval If you approve, you pay €500 excl. VAT and fill in the delivery form: you check your details, choose the domain name and send your corrections.
- Online After your payment and the completed delivery form, we put your website online within 24 hours; that is a target. Moving an existing domain name can take longer.
No phone calls. We agree everything by e-mail, so it’s all in writing. Our e-mails always come from an address ending in casa-lab.eu.

Frequently asked questions
What does a website cost?
€500 excl. VAT, one-off, with a domain name, hosting and a secure connection for the first year. After that you pay €15 per month excl. VAT, cancellable monthly. For an online shop or a larger project, the price is in the proposal.
What does the €15 per month cover?
Hosting (keeping your site online), the renewal of your domain name, the secure connection, security updates and help by e-mail. Changes, new sections and mailboxes are not included; they are possible after a quote.
How soon is my website online?
We aim to send you the design within two working days of your request. After your payment and the completed delivery form, we put your site online within 24 hours; that is also a target. Moving an existing domain name can take longer, because that also depends on your current provider.
Can I keep my existing domain name and e-mail?
Yes, your website goes on your existing domain name. If your e-mail is with a separate provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we carry over the settings for your e-mail, so it keeps working. If your e-mail is part of the package of your old website, only cancel that package once your e-mail is somewhere else.
Casa Lab. sent me a message. What do I do next?
If you want to go ahead, e-mail info@casa-lab.eu or reply to our message; you then receive the invoice and the delivery form. Our e-mail always comes from an address ending in casa-lab.eu, and we only ask for payment after you have approved by e-mail. If you are unsure whether a message is from us, e-mail us yourself.
What happens if I’m not interested?
Then we delete the design and the details we collected for it, and we do not contact you again. If we approached you, we keep only your business name and the address at which we approached you, so that we do not approach you again. If we hear nothing, we delete the rest no later than three months after we sent you the design.

How and when do I pay?
After your approval you receive an invoice for €500 excl. VAT by e-mail. You pay it by bank transfer within 14 days, and before your site goes online. After the first year we invoice €15 per month excl. VAT, each month in advance.
What do I need to do myself?
For the design, you only send your request. If you approve, you pay and fill in the delivery form: you check your details, choose the domain name and send your corrections. If you move an existing domain name, you ask your current provider for the transfer code (the code needed to move it).
How do corrections and later changes work?
In the delivery form you tell us, all at once, what should change; we make those changes before your site goes online. If you report a mistake on our side within 30 days of delivery, we fix it free of charge. For later changes, such as opening hours or a price, you e-mail us; you first receive a quote.
Who owns the domain name and the design?
You do. We register the domain name in your name, and after your payment the design is yours. The code we also use for other sites stays ours; you may use it free of charge and for ever for your own site, also if you move.
How do I cancel the hosting?
By e-mail to info@casa-lab.eu; your site stays online until the end of the month in which you cancel. On request you receive the transfer code of your domain name and a copy of your site, free of charge. The hosting for the first year is part of the one-off price and is not refunded when you cancel, except in the cases the terms name.
Do I need to phone you?
No. We don’t make phone calls. We agree everything by e-mail, so it’s all in writing.
Do you also work for private individuals?
No. We only work for businesses and organisations, from sole traders to clubs. That’s why our prices are shown excl. VAT.
